Pilates
Today I did the first section from Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates (10 min). I like this tape because she has different exercises than I've seen in most videos. And then I did Winsor Pilates Bun and Thigh Sculpting (20 min).

Today I did Denise Austin's Shortcuts for Arms and Chest section 1 (10 min) and then I did Winsor Pilates Bun and Thigh Sculpting (20 min) and finished with Denise Austin's Super Stomachs (12 min).
Today I did Denise Austin's Step N' Sculpt ( I think it's also titled "Step and Tone" also "Step and Shape") 42 minutes in all with 25 min stepping then weight workout and cooldown. I liked it, not to hard but still a good workout.
Today I did Richard Simmons Step N' Sweat (35 min). So far this step tape hasn't made my knees sore. I think in some others they move to fast, Richard has 2 instructors each leading their own step segments and then he leads some floorwork in between, it breaks up the usual step aerobic monotony. I'm only a little sore in the ribs from the stomach video I did yesterday.
Today I did the warm-up from Richard Simmons Step N' Sweat (5 min) then the second section from Denise Austin Shortcuts for Arms and Chest (10 min) I used 5 and 3lb weights and the large ball for a weight bench then I did Denise Austin Super Stomachs (15 min). Super Stomachs is tough, it really made me sweat.
