Boy is it hot!

It's really hot today! I did Leslie Sansone's 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds for Abs today, then I did the Basic section and combo one from Fat Burning for Dummies. I also did some ab and back exercises from Liz Gillies book on the large ball.

They are stil working on the cell phone tower and it's very noisy.

I still haven't quit drinking Pepsi. I promise no more this time.
