Today I did On the Ball Yoga with Sara Ivanhoe (42 min). I'm so glad my bad is almost back to normal and I am able to exercise without to much problems. It's sunny and windy. The dog thinks it's nice out so he keeps wanting out.
This blog is mainly for me to keep track of how much I exercise. Borring for you, useful for me. I started doing yoga in Novemver 2002. I learned from Yoga Zone and other video tapes and books. Still do it but not regularly like I should. Lately I've been doing cardio exercise, something I used to hate. I like to knit but only hats and scarves. I have an 8 year old Golden Retriever.
