Monday Yoga

Today I did Yoga Zone Introduction to Yoga for Beginners (50 min). It's the first Yoga tape I ever got, I haven't done it is so long because I thought it was boring, slow and to easy but with my back hurting like it does it's the only tape I can try to do. I could not bend over and touch the ground without bending my knees so that's what I did. I did the whole tape without to much problem. I really need to stretch my leg muscles, they are so tight now. It's hard to believe I'll ever do it again. I used to be able to thought my palms to the floor.

Pain Pain go away, that will be my new mantra.
