Wednesday Strength & Pilates

Today I did from The Method Precision video section 1 upper body with 3 lb weights (20 min), then I did the last 5 minutes from section 2 Legs which is the side leg series then I did section 3 stretching (20 minutes). Today I realized that I can bend over and put my palms flat on the first first thing in the morning. My flexibility has really improved! It must be all that stretching.

I bought Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates and Richard Simmons Dance Your Pants Off today. I've been looking for this Richard Simmons tape for a long time.
