Today I did Leslie Sansone's Walk Your Way Brisk Walk that was put out by Jenny Craig. It's 30 minutes of Walking (2 miles) and 15 minutes of easy yoga stretches. It was fine but be warned she talks and talks in this one.
This blog is mainly for me to keep track of how much I exercise. Borring for you, useful for me. I started doing yoga in Novemver 2002. I learned from Yoga Zone and other video tapes and books. Still do it but not regularly like I should. Lately I've been doing cardio exercise, something I used to hate. I like to knit but only hats and scarves. I have an 8 year old Golden Retriever.
