Saturday Cardio & Strength

Today I did the first 10 minutes of Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds 1 mile video for a warm up. Then I did the strength exercises in the body bonus section from May '04 Self Magazine. So about 30 min total. My back hurt a lot when I got up but after my workout, it's almost pain free. YEA!

I bought some new exercise videos, Rodney Yee AM Yoga for beginners and Quick Fix Total Body. I don't have any Quick Fix workouts, I watched it and it looks great. It's 3 10 minute workouts but I'll probably do all at once. I'll have to try it soon. The Yoga tape is only 20 minutes with a lot of lying relaxation to at the beginning, it was filmed at sunrise on Maui so looks really amazing.
