Today I did 20 minutes (out of 30) of Kathy Smith's March to Fitness video. My lower back hurts a lot so I didn't do more. Well at least I tried. I don't know why, if it's because of my crappy old mattress or the cold at night.
This blog is mainly for me to keep track of how much I exercise. Borring for you, useful for me. I started doing yoga in Novemver 2002. I learned from Yoga Zone and other video tapes and books. Still do it but not regularly like I should. Lately I've been doing cardio exercise, something I used to hate. I like to knit but only hats and scarves. I have an 8 year old Golden Retriever.
