Sunday Cardio & Strength

Today I did the Walk Away the Pounds One mile tape (20 min) and then I did the Tonin' Uptown tape with my longer green xerband (30 min). Then I did some stretches. It seems like when I use resistance bands it's difficult to know how much work I'm doing. With Weights it weighs what it weighs but when you use the bands you can stretch them more or less, but you do work the non-working arm when you hold it still. I guess I'll use the bands again, maybe I just have to get used to them. I think for leg exercises they will be good.
