Tuesday Cardio & Strength
Today I did Gin Miller Circuit Training but only the cardio portions because the weight sections didn't cover many muscles (20 min). Then I did the light weight day from the Prevention article with 3 lb weights. It seemed to easy so I don't really see the point. Next time I will only do medium and heavy or do a Shortcuts Denise Austin tape. Maybe I need some 10 lb weights?
I'm so sick of Mt. St. Helens everytime you turn the tv on. I've got lots of work to do today. Bye for now.
