Monday Cardio & Strength
Today I did the first do step sections from Kelli Roberts Circuit Training video then I did the heavy weights day exercises from the Prevention March '03 article with 8 lb weights, I did 2 sets.
I've been eating to many prepared foods which end up having a lot of salt, I need to cut back. I'm going to really try. I'll blog again soon. It's back to work for me.
