Tuesday Cardio

Today I did 2 miles from Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds 3 mile tape.

When I was at Target I took a look at the finess section and saw a sign posted that my Reebok Chrome dumbells had been recalled. Yippee. It turns out they will just send you some glue to glue them together tightly. My 3 lbs are ok the the 5 and 8 lbs are under the recall. I probably will just keep making sure they are tight. What a pain. I think I'll call Target and see if they will exchange them. Glue could easily crack, sounds bad to me. http://www.jumpking.com for recall info if you have the weights.
