Wednesday Strength & Yoga
Today I did the first section of the Karen Voight Streamline Fitness tape with 3 lb weights (25 min) then I did from The Method Precision Yoga section 2 Flexibility and section 3 Serenity (37 min). This is the first time I've done either of these tapes. In the yoga tape Jennifer Kries only has the hold the poses for about 3 breaths so it moves along at a good pace, your not waiting for the next pose and waiting like some yoga videos. She even does plow and my back was fine. Yea!
