Tuesday Cardio

Today I did Richard Simmons Step N' Sweat (35 min). It was pretty good, not to hard not to boring.

I bought Denise Austin's Super Stomachs, Denise Austin Pilates for Every Body and Crunch Burn and Firm in 30.
