Today I did Oxycise. I thought it sounded like a scam (lose weight by breathing) when I first heard about it but it's not. It really works. You breathe a particular way that's not difficult or complicated (unlike Kundalini Yoga) and hold positions. I started doing it in late May. They have a chat board on http://www.oxycise.com called Oxychat where people can chat about it. I still do yoga and Pilates occasionally and walking workout videos frequently. I started doing Callanetics again a few weeks ago. I like to do the Quick Callanetics because they are only 20 mins. My cocker Spaniel died at age 13 last November, it was really hard. I gained about 10 lbs from being depressed and snacking to much at night while watching TV. I'm still drinking pepsi but plan to quit caffine again soon.
It was nice and Sunny today, but not to hot.
