Today I did half a mile of the Leslie Sansone walking video then I did the upper body section of the Precision Pilates video with 3 lb weights. I think my posture is very good now from the weights and my shoulders are nicely sculpted.
I grated up some peppers in the food processor for making pepper relish. After I washed my hand I notice the back of one of my fingers looked burned so I put some Aquaphor ointment on and now it looks fine and doesn't hurt anymore. Next time I'll wear plastic gloves. Bye.
