I did the upper body with 3 lbs wights section from the Precision Pilates tape. It was 92 degrees today. Yuck!!!!

This blog is mainly for me to keep track of how much I exercise. Borring for you, useful for me. I started doing yoga in Novemver 2002. I learned from Yoga Zone and other video tapes and books. Still do it but not regularly like I should. Lately I've been doing cardio exercise, something I used to hate. I like to knit but only hats and scarves. I have an 8 year old Golden Retriever.
